Surgeon Simulator's unique gameplay mechanic, which revolves around controlling a hand and its fingers and, more often than not, butchering your victim - sorry, patient - is Let's Play gold. PewDiePie wasn't the only YouTuber to make videos about Surgeon Simulator, but he was certainly the biggest. Fixed other small bugs that only happened to you and you alone, so we won't list them here for all to see as that would be a waste of space and poor use of limited characters who are all too easily abused by those who write version summary updates these days, days which are definitely not as sunny as they should be and make way too many people depressed especially if they're given the job of writing version changes updates with the least possible use of space.In April 2013 superstar YouTuber PewDiePie played Surgeon Simulator, a game about clumsily performing operations, and made a video about it. In other words, it no longer crashes if you try to cheat your way out of a tight spot. You no longer crash by restarting when you've stabbed yourself dizzy with the syringe. Fixed the laziness of some objects that were not moving as they should. We had to use a sonic screwdriver to fix that one. The 'Time Lord' achievement is now a thing, in that it actually works. We now save your achievements locally so they don't go travelling without saying goodbye in case you're not logged in to Game Center. Bob is still called 'Bob' globally, though. We've added multiple languages support for those who want a crash-course on surgery in foreign countries.
